All Care is an UNBelieveable Workplace – Two Years Strong

All Care Health Center has been named one of the 25 UNBelieveable Workplaces in Council Bluffs, for the second year running. 

UNbelievable Workplaces is an employee engagement and satisfaction program developed and managed by the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. The program focuses on ensuring a business is a human-centered workplace.  The program is designed to help track employee satisfaction.  Through the program, All Care gains insight, directly from team members, that helps to create a culture that employees want to work in. 

There are over 4,000 businesses in the city of Council Bluffs, employing over 40,000 people.  All Care is proud to be an UNBelievable employer who can provide careers within a workplace that has provided affordable, comprehensive, and high quality healthcare to nearly 6,000 members of our community, in 2022, stretching into southwest Iowa and Omaha.  Over ninety-six percent of our employees feel a connection to this work and ninety-four percent are driven by our mission.  When asked what they loved about working at All Care, one staff member stated, “Advancement and continued knowledge/education is not only accessible, but nurtured.  The environment is friendly without losing its professionalism.”  Another member of our team stated, “This is the first organization I have been with that really treats everyone like an important part of the team and with respect.”  All Care invites others to join our mission-driven UNBelieveable team:
