During the MyChart-a-Thon, All Care is offering personalized MyChart assistance each Wednesday. Your completed MyChart registration enters you into a weekly prize drawing.
Not coming to the health center soon, but still need help setting up your account? Simply follow the instructions provided in this instructional video or navigate to the “For Patients” tab on All Care’s website. Another option is to use a MyChart activation code provided with your aftercare instructions from an appointment with an All Care provider. The free MyChart mobile app is available for added convenience.
