School’s Out for Summer (Almost)

With the school year coming to a close, All Care Health Center has created a robust summer mobile healthcare schedule to bring healthcare services to various Council Bluffs Community Schools. The schedule follows summer programming at several school sites, including Carter Lake, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Longfellow, Rue, Wilson, and Kirn. Several of these sites are new, in addition to the weekly Wednesday stop at the Council Bluffs Public Library. All Care will hold special sports physical clinics on the mobile clinic at Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Wilson, and Kirn.

Summer is a great time to complete annual well-checks and complete those sports physicals for the next school year. The mobile medical clinic can help your student manage their medications throughout the summer, when their schedules may have less structure. Other primary medical care services are also available. To find where the mobile healthcare unit is located, check out its calendar and listen to Bluffs Country 106.5 for the day’s location.  

While the mobile medical clinic is focused on our community’s school kids, it is open to everyone all summer. Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is always best to schedule your appointment in advance to meet your family’s healthcare needs and to use the mobile clinic when its location is most convenient. Schedule at (712) 325-1990.
