All Care is excited to welcome Elizabeth McDermott, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, to All Care Health Center as a dedicated primary care family nurse practitioner. With an exceptional background in family health and a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care, Elizabeth is an invaluable addition to our team.
Elizabeth brings a wealth of practical experience to All Care Health Center. She served as a Mother-Baby Nurse at Methodist Women’s Hospital, providing essential postpartum care to mothers and newborns, and as a Medical/Surgical Nurse at Methodist Hospital, where she collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Her extensive clinical rotations during her DNP program have reinforced her skills across all areas of family medicine, from preventative health to acute care.
Elizabeth graduated with high honors throughout her academic career, most recently completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Nebraska Methodist College (NMC) in July 2024, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA. Before this, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), where she excelled academically. Elizabeth’s education has equipped her with a robust clinical foundation bolstered by hands-on experiences in diverse healthcare settings, including family practice, internal medicine, and women’s health.
Certified in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), Elizabeth is well-prepared to handle complex medical situations with calm and proficiency. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, where she stays engaged with the latest advancements in nursing research and practice.
Elizabeth’s journey reflects her dedication to healthcare excellence and compassionate service. With her advanced training, community-focused approach, and deep patient advocacy commitment, Elizabeth welcomes new patients. She is excited to contribute to the health and wellness of our community.
