MyChart offers patients a convenient, secure, and accessible way to manage their healthcare. With MyChart, patients can communicate directly with their provider, request appointments, refill prescriptions, view test results, and access personal health records—all from the convenience of a computer, mobile device, or the free MyChart app.
Not coming to the health center soon? Patients can set up an account with an email or a MyChart activation code provided in the appointment aftercare instructions.
