Anxiety Self Assessment

This self assessment is based off of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GAD-7) which can help determine the severity of your anxiety. You are encouraged to share these results with a therapist or other healthcare provider to get a diagnosis and/or access therapy or medications if needed.
